School was tough. It seemed like a struggle that would never end.. Many times Erika wanted to give up, throw in the towel and quit school! I encouraged her every step of the way as much as I could. Constantly telling her that a highschool diploma is never beyond anyones reach. Just keep trying and you will make it.. Well She did! I am so proud of her... I knew that she had it in her to graduate. She just had to believe in herself and her abilities.

I know Erika will do what she needs to do survive, she is a fighter. Erika can now say "LOOK EVERYONE I MADE IT!!!"
